This policy explains how Onset Group (T) Limited (“Onset”, “we”) collects and uses personal information through onsetgroup.co.tz. We process personal data in line with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.

What we collect

  • Details you send us through our forms: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry, event brief or demo request.
  • Job applications: your contact details, the role you applied for, your message and your CV.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address and browser type. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
  • To assess job applications for Onset or for clients we recruit on behalf of.
  • To send occasional insights if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

Who can see it

Only Onset staff who need it to handle your request. We use trusted service providers to host the website, store data and send email; they process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our business records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@onsetgroup.co.tz and we will respond.
